Another example; your furnace has problems and your friend may have gone to a school to get an HVAC certification and they may only have a certain amount of knowledge concerning this yet on the other hand you have someone who has extensive knowledge with complete HVAC systems.

You will obviously get 2 different prices based on knowledge and experience.

You may get someone on the cheap as far as labor is concerned but what kind of job will they do?
