Construction Worker(s) and INTEGRITY in the WORK PLACE

It seems there is a “shortage” of construction workers. Well there may not be a shortage of construction workers but a shortage of INTEGRITY when it comes to people who do construction work.

I have been in this industry for some time now and it seems we have people who cannot seem to get the work done in a timely manner, cut corners, can’t finish the job or as in many areas come to work inebriated, hung over, and the like.

I’m hearing many stories from investors that cannot find people of integrity to finish the job to the customers satisfaction. Some of the worst are those who take the client’s money up front and then “bolt”!

This is becoming more and more frequent as I am out in “the field” working for those who desire a good product.

It is important to screen your work force. Look at their work, ask questions, ask others who they have done work for.
